Terms and Conditions – 5777cx Pakistan Gaming Platform

01 Introduction

Welcome to 5777cx. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and 5777cx ("Platform", "we", "us") for use of the 5777cx website, mobile application and all associated gaming and betting services.

By registering an account, making a deposit, placing a bet or using any part of the 5777cx platform, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the platform.

03 Your Account

Each player is permitted to hold only one active account on 5777cx. Opening multiple accounts — whether under your own name or using another person's details — is a breach of these Terms and will result in all associated accounts being closed, with any balances forfeited.

When registering, you are required to provide accurate, complete and up-to-date personal information. Providing false information at registration is grounds for immediate account closure and forfeiture of balance.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. 5777cx will never contact you by email, SMS or live chat asking for your password. Any activity that occurs under your account credentials is your responsibility unless you have notified us of unauthorised access in advance.

• Use a strong, unique password for your 5777cx account that you do not use on other websites.
• Log out of your account after each session, especially on shared or public devices.
• Contact support immediately if you suspect your account has been accessed without your permission.
• Do not share your account with any other person, including family members.

04 Deposits

05 Withdrawals

Withdrawals are processed in PKR and are available to all verified account holders who have met any applicable wagering conditions. 5777cx is committed to processing withdrawal requests as quickly as possible.

• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, where technically possible.
• JazzCash and Easypaisa withdrawals are typically completed within a few minutes to two hours.
• Raast withdrawals are typically near-instant once approved from our side.
• Bank transfer withdrawals are typically completed within one business day.
• A minimum withdrawal amount applies and is shown at the time of the request.
• 5777cx does not charge a withdrawal fee on the platform side. Any charges from your bank or mobile wallet provider are outside our control.

Before a withdrawal can be processed, your account must be fully verified. This includes confirming your identity and ensuring the payment method on your account matches your verified identity. 5777cx reserves the right to delay processing pending verification in cases where additional checks are required.

06 Bonuses and Promotions

5777cx offers welcome bonuses, deposit match promotions, free spins and other incentives to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each promotion, as well as the general conditions set out here.

• Bonuses are credited at 5777cx's discretion and may be withdrawn or modified at any time without prior notice.
• All bonuses carry a wagering requirement. This means the bonus amount (and in some cases the deposit amount) must be wagered a specified number of times before any winnings can be withdrawn.
• Wagering requirements must be met within the time limit specified for each bonus. Expired bonus funds are forfeited.
• Bonuses are for personal use only. Claiming multiple bonuses through separate accounts, referring yourself, or any form of coordinated bonus abuse will result in account suspension and forfeiture of all associated funds.
• 5777cx reserves the right to reclaim bonus funds and void related winnings if we determine that a bonus has been claimed in bad faith or in breach of these Terms.

07 Sports Betting Rules

5777cx offers sports betting markets covering cricket — including Pakistan Super League, T20 internationals, Test matches and ODIs — as well as football, esports and other sports. All bets are subject to the following general rules.

• A bet is confirmed and binding once you receive a bet confirmation. Bets placed but not confirmed — for example due to a lost internet connection — are not valid until confirmed.
• Odds are subject to change at any time until a bet is confirmed. The odds displayed at the time of confirmation are the odds that apply to your bet.
• 5777cx reserves the right to void any bet placed at clearly incorrect odds caused by a system error or pricing mistake. In such cases, the stake will be returned to your account.
• Bets on matches later found to have been affected by match-fixing, corruption or integrity breaches may be voided at 5777cx's discretion, regardless of the official result.
• In-play bets are subject to a short delay between bet placement and confirmation to allow for market stability. 5777cx is not liable for any changes in the live situation that occur within this delay window.
• Maximum bet limits apply per market and per event. These limits are displayed at the time of bet placement.

For cricket specifically, 5777cx follows the ICC and relevant board's official results for settlement purposes. Rain interruptions, Duckworth-Lewis-Stern (DLS) revised targets and abandoned matches are settled in accordance with standard cricket betting rules published in our detailed sports rules section.

08 Casino, Slots and Fish Games

5777cx's casino section includes live dealer games such as Baccarat, Dragon Tiger, Roulette and Andar Bahar, as well as video slots and fish shooting games. The following rules apply to all casino and game play.

• All game outcomes are determined by certified random number generation systems. 5777cx does not manipulate game outcomes.
• In the event of a game disconnection during an active round, the round will be settled according to the game's built-in disconnection rules. For live casino games, the hand or round in progress at the time of disconnection will be resolved by the dealer and the result applied to your account.
• Any malfunction of a game — whether a software bug, display error or any other technical fault — voids all pays and plays for that round. The stake will be returned to the player's account.

09 Prohibited Conduct

• Exploiting software bugs, errors or vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage.

• Engaging in any form of match-fixing, insider betting or collusion.
• Attempting to hack, reverse-engineer or interfere with any part of the platform.
• Claiming bonuses using false information, multiple accounts or coordinated groups.
• Threatening, harassing or abusing 5777cx staff or other players through any communication channel.

10 Privacy and Data

5777cx collects and processes personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is published separately on this website. By registering an account, you consent to the collection and use of your data as described in that policy.

11 Responsible Gaming

• Players wishing to close their own account voluntarily can do so by contacting support. Any remaining balance above the minimum withdrawal threshold will be paid out after standard verification is completed.

13 Limitation of Liability

5777cx provides the platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we make every effort to ensure the platform operates reliably and without interruption, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access at all times.

• 5777cx is not liable for losses arising from internet connectivity issues, device failures or third-party payment provider outages that are outside our direct control.

• Our total liability to any player for any single incident shall not exceed the amount deposited by that player in the 30 days preceding the incident.
